I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES), and board-certified in advanced diabetes management (BC-ADM), and I’m here to help you build smarter, more effective systems for diabetes care.

With over a decade of experience across clinical research, primary care, and specialty endocrinology, I bring a practical, solutions-driven mindset to every project. Whether I’m leading interdisciplinary teams, supporting pump therapy and intensive insulin management, or designing scalable DSME programs, my focus is always on turning evidence into action.

I offer a range of services, including program and project management, medical nutrition therapy, telehealth integration, remote patient monitoring, and healthcare technology optimization. I also provide consultative and advisory support to clinics and organizations looking to expand or improve their diabetes services.

Clients and partners count on me to translate complex science into clear, actionable strategies, and to support both patients and professionals in achieving better outcomes. I’m especially passionate about leveraging virtual care and digital tools to close longstanding gaps in access and engagement.

In addition to my consulting work, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Chapter of ADCES and was honored to be named Colorado’s 2022 Diabetes Educator of the Year.
